public land was given to a private company that has already shown itself to be incapable of producing respectful, sustainable developments that add value to the local area.
Midi Plc has already ruined fort tigne, how can we allow them to do the same to manoel island, the only green piece of rock in this extremely busy area.
Midi’s plan is to build 323 apartments spread over many residential blocks, with a large gated private community space and only a small fraction allowed for public access.
What do we want?
